The following information applies only to Advance Registration.
Banner Self-Service (accessible via URSA - http://ursa.uca.edu) will be available for students to register and make schedule changes (drop/add) as follows:
- During the published advance registration period and according to the alphabetical schedule for advance registration.
- Thereafter and until the last business day of the University immediately before the first day of classes for the semester. Open to all eligible students.
The Banner Self-Service system will no longer be available to register or make schedule changes for a specific term once classes begin for the semester.
The Banner Self-Service system will not be available 12 midnight to 5:00am due to system maintenance.
Once classes begin for a term late registration and schedule changes (drop/add) for that term will be handled in McCastlain Hall.

Notice: TO AVOID A LATE PAYMENT FEE, REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID ON OR BEFORE THE LAST BUSINESS DAY PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS DAY OF ANY TERM.
If you enroll, but decide not to attend, notify the University IN WRITING and before classes begin for the term in order to avoid a financial obligation for the enrollment. Undergraduate students notify the Office of the Registrar in McCastlain Hall. Graduate students notify the Graduate Dean on the third floor of Torreyson Library. Refer to the Withdrawal Information link in the Schedule of Classes.
The student identification card is the property of the University, and should be returned at the time of withdrawal.
